The KCDOA Board of Directors will be holding several informational meetings during the week of March 5th through the 9th for a membership ratification vote of the tentative settlement agreement reached between KCDOA and the County. The informational meetings have been scheduled so that KCDOA members will have a reasonable opportunity to vote within a rapid time frame in order to avoid a possible contract imposition on March 13th. Prior to receiving a ballot, members will receive a copy of the proposed agreement for review and a brief explanation from present board members. Following the explanation and any questions/answers, members will be provided a secret ballot to vote on whether or not to accept the proposed contract.
