The KCDOA/County mediation session occurred earlier today. Ultimately nothing was resolved, but our mediation status remains ‘open’ and a second mediation session is scheduled for Monday, February 13th. Between now and then County CAO staff will likely discuss the proceedings with the Board of Supervisors next Tuesday in closed session.
