We’ve been advised by the County that they will be required to modify the payout method for the contracted uniform allowance beginning in 2013 (due to pension reform legislation). We will no longer receive the twice yearly lump sum payout, and instead will receive the same total amount spread evenly across the 26 pay periods beginning with pay period 13-01.
